Our acclaimed Town Architect, Steve Mouzan, has developed the distinctive atmosphere of the Town of Lost Rabbit. To uphold our Architectural Standards, our Design Review Board approves all house and landscape plans before construction begins. If you dream of building in Lost Rabbit, our team will walk with you through the process and help your dream easily become a reality.

Steve is a principal in Mouzon Design that is based in Miami, Florida, and he is a co-founder of the New Urban Guild.  
 
Steve is the author of many books, including Traditional Construction Patterns, A Living Tradition: Architecture of the Bahamas and The Original Green. He has also authored many architectural pattern books for numerous real estate developments, including Lost Rabbit, and his house plans have been featured repeatedly as Home of the Month in Southern Living, Coastal Living and Cottage Living.
 
Steve currently serves as a Town Architect for multiple development projects throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. He has received the Barranco Award for Architecture and a number of Charter Awards from the Congress for the New Urbanism.
